Do I need a Golden Ticket? Why buy a Golden Ticket??

You do not need a Golden Ticket to experience the Haunted Hearse. However the Haunted Hearse is only physically able to service a set number of phones per hour. The Golden Ticket guarantees you a ride for your phone on the Haunted Hearse Phone Rollercoaster, skip the line and speak directly to Jane or Benjamin to redeem your ticket.

What does my Golden Ticket get me?

Your ticket will let you bypass the general admission line AKA “the long line.” You can access the Golden Ticket VIP line at any time, however please arrive 1 hour before closing. Please click here to contact us if you require a special time reservation.

What are the different values of the Golden Tickets?

The $25 Golden Ticket - Ride Enhancement Package

Comes with a $31 value of Haunted Hearse ride enhancements. You’ll get “the works,” which includes all our signature handmade add-ons: a Snake, a Skull Charm, a Phone T-shirt, and the Trick or Treat. Includes one (1) ride.

The $50 Golden Ticket - T-shirt Package for you and your phone!

Comes with a “I survived the Haunted Hearse” T-shirt for your phone and a human sized T-shirt for you! Comes with a Trick or Treat! Includes one (1) ride.

The $75 Golden Ticket - Fan Club Package

Comes with a human t-shirt and your choice of a hat. Comes with a Trick or Treat! Includes one (1) ride.

The $150 Golden Ticket - Scarehearts Couple’s Package

Comes with 2 phone T-shirts, 2 human T-shirts, 2 skull charms, 2 snakes, 2 hats, and 2 Trick or Treats. Includes two (2) rides.

Human T-shirts are available in Men’s Small-3XL and Women’s Small-3XL. Shirts are 13-color hand screen-printed on super soft Gildan brand shirts, and they glow in the dark!

When/Where can I use my Golden Ticket?

You can redeem your tickets any time or any where when the Haunted Hearse is open and activated at public events. Check our schedule to learn more, or feel free to contact us directly for assistance.

How do I use my Golden Ticket?

When you arrive at the Haunted hearse, let Benjamin or Jane know that you have a Golden Ticket. We will then escort you to the “short line.”
